SUPERB impression with fresh, unfaded colors, DELUXE printing
with gold (the cranes, a.o.) and silver color pigments and paper
embossing; album backing, two backed wormholes (bottom left and
right), else in VERY FINE condition.

The actors, Bandô Kamezô I, Arashi Kichisaburô III and Bandô Hikosaburô V, in the performance of the historical kabuki play, Kokusenya kassen, performed on a revolving stage:
General Kanki intends to kill his wife, Kinshojô; his mother-in-law, Watonai Haha Yomogiu, tries to stop him. The sliding door at the back of the stage set is decorated with a silver-colored dragon.

Utagawa Yoshifuji was a pupil of Kuniyoshi.
