Sagyo Hoshi (1118 - 1190),  a descendant from Fujiwara Hidesato,  was called Sato Norikiyo.  At the age of 23, he abandoned his wife and children,  became a bonze and travelled through the provinces,  preached and recited poetry.  He became a much renowned poet,  who also was very skilful in using the bow.
